I am Shashi Jain, a certified Soft Skills Trainer, Image Consultant, Life Coach, Etiquette/Transformational coach & TTT (Train The Trainer) from Image consulting Business Institute.
I have completed Licenciateship, Associateship & Fellowship from the Insurance Institute of India (FIII) with more than 18+ years of experience in the General Insurance industry .

I have been awarded “EXCEPTIONAL WOMEN OF EXCELLENCE” at Women Economic Forum.The journey of my life has been featured in a book titled “Magical 40 @ forty”. I have been awarded as the “CHANGEMAKER” by Career After Family Enterprise @Cafe Awards, “Wonder Woman” by BNI & also been awarded by Mahila Mandal on Women’s Day.

I help people identify their self Image & use Appearance, appropriate Body language, Behaviour, Etiquette, Verbal & non verbal communication & host of other soft skills as a RESOURCE to help them build Self- worth, Self-confidence & credibility so that they play their roles more effectively & achieve their goals. I have facilitated many workshops & sessions in educational institutions, Universities, professional forums, NGOs & corporates on subjects like Inclusion, Executive Presence, Personality Development, Goal Setting, Dreams, Leadership, Team Management, Transactional Analysis, Body Language & Etiquette, Motivation, Parenting , Work Life Balance, Emotional Intelligence, Verbal & Non verbal Communication, Dining etiquette, Image & wardrobe management, Personal Branding, women empowerment, Make up to name a few.

Besides my professional commitments, I have also contributed towards the betterment of the society in my capacity as Jt. Treasurer, east zone Convener & Head Convener, Manzile(training vertical) at JITO Ladies Wing Kolkata. Currently I am the Chief Secretary, JITO Ladies Wing Kolkata. I have been part of the Core Working Committee of the Women Entrepreneurship Cell of The Bengal chamber of commerce & Industry & many other organizations, dedicated to social & educational upliftment of women. I am also the core Team member, TEDxChowringhee (Kolkata). I call myself a “constant work in progress”.

I believe “The art of teaching is the art of assisting discovery”. I am working for the betterment of the community.
